Delivery problem

The customer must also confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered mail at the latest within 48 working hours of receipt of the item (s), and send a copy of this letter by email to our Customer Service, reminding the references on the delivery slip. Any modified or painted product is not taken back, exchanged or refunded.
